The Summit is a nice size ship. It didn't feel crowded and the service was excellent. The embarkation and disembarkation went smoothly. We rented a car in San Juan and explored the El Yunque rain forest before we boarded the ship around 4 pm.
The ship is older but the public areas have been remodeled. The cabin was remodeled other than the bathroom tile floor which was disgusting...dirty grout and calking.
The food and service was very good in the main dining room. The entertainment was excellent and since we had late seating we went to the early shows which were not filled and we were able to get great seats. The smaller venues were too crowded to get a seat for the late night comedy and some of the games and contests.
Cabin was small. I would prefer drawer space at desk instead of cupboards. Bathroom floor was gross. I also prefer an open trash can...I had to open it with the handle each time to throw in trash and then felt like I needed to wash my hands again.
