First there was constant constuction "every day 8-5"on ship very disruptive around pool area during prime hours could not hear music complained about it nothing was done everyone complained . bartenders and waiters were bad hardly around and not very friendly could tell they were getting tips no matter if they served you or not with charge of 13.95 charge per person per day .Ship very dirty glass on balconies and around ship was very see through , and entertainment" night bands and parties "very amatuer Thanks NCL for celebrating our friends 60th birthday so terribly this Ship needs to be out for refurbishing ive been on many cruises and this is by far the worst one. first time on NCL not sure i will ever cruise with them again dont cruise on this ship if you expect service great entertainment cleanliness no no no no no no no no no bad bad bad bad bad dirty dirty dirty dirty dirty the ports we visited were good though cozumel great casta maya my favoite honderous was fun and great also belize was not belize it was NCL disney port could have done without that very very very comercialized UNhappy cruiser from Tampa FL
