We sailed on the Sunshine New Year's Eve, Cabin 11019 Serenity. Had the most awesome time. Cabin was very clean and comfortable. Deck 11 & 12 only have 2 elevators to them compared to the 6 elevator 1 deck down. Some people complained the entire cruise about only having the 2. I seens no issue with it ! I mean come on we're in no big hurry to get anyplace ! If so walk down 1 filght if your capable of doing so. Deck 11 walks right out onto serenity. If you expect a good lounger get out there by 6am. The "CHAIR HOGS" are out in full force taking like 6-10 loungers at a time. THe view from the cabin was awesome. Food on the ship was great. Entertainment was excellent. Staff was 99% friendly and helpful, you always find that 1 person having the worst of worst days.
