We have cruised over 30 times and this was our 6th cruise with RCCL and I can honestly say that it was far from our best cruise experience. We enjoyed sailing on Oasis a few years ago and chose this cruise on Allure mainly because our nephew & wife would be joining us on their 1st cruise and had wanted to sail on the largest cruise ship in the world.

Being on a huge ship was a blessing as we encountered 40-50 knot winds which prevented us from docking in Labadee and almost again in Falmouth. While Allure was rocking and rolling and the barf bags were out, you could still walk without bouncing off the walls. I'm sure that it would have been much more uncomfortable on smaller vessels.

Our balcony cabin located near the fwd elevators was extremely quiet and rode well.
