Sail Date: Jan 2017

Too many people on this ship and the amenities cannot accommodate all of those people. You have to make reservations for all shows or you don't get in until the last minute if there are vacancies. Wait staff lacked energy - everything was a chore for them instead of a positive, make me feel like a queen experience. The room was dirty too. Good thing I brought sani-wipes for the remote, phone, etc. We found a dirty sock under the bed and it had been there a good while. The same television shows were repeated every day! Unbelievable - How many times can you watch the same episode of Mike & Molly? No movies shown in the auditorium while at sea. Movies shown on the last 2 days in the aqua theater, but they are kids movies. Ugh! On a positive note, the food was really good and the entertainment was also great. But, we will be stepping down to a mid-sized ship for our next cruise.
