We wanted to experience the biggest ship. Rooms were ok all thought the boat is 6 years old it could use some upgrading on their seats and couches. I was very disappointed with the food in the main dining room. The food had no taste what so ever and the quality was horrific. I did not like how everything is done on reservations. If you want to change your mind at the last minute on a show you can't because everything is reserved. I am a Royal Caribbean loyal customer but on this last ship the Allure of The Seas there were many things to be desired. The staff was not friendly and very scarce. The drinks were very watered down. I pulled back my tips for the first time ever because I was so disappointed. The last thing was the smoking in the casino was terrible this should not be allowed. We will have to see about another line next year!
