We cruise every december. As this was a new ship sailing at christmas/holiday and sailing out of australia to new zealand thought it would be a wonderful cruise. One must remember this ship is geared for the asian market therefore english is the second language on the phone to any service, when ninety percent on this cruise were english speaking there must be a way to reverse this.

From the start very disorganized at boarding time as throughout the cruise just not enough staff. Guest service a total of six staff max for over four thousand people. Returned a diamond ring to guest service was never asked my name or room number or given a receipt how could the owner ever thank you.

Don't get fooled by all the advertising about the activities there is only one area for events like bumper cars, roller, basket ball and others so booking times is a must.

Cabin Review

Deluxe Ocean View Stateroom with Balcony

Cabin E1

Well cleaned and comfortable but decor poorly made. Ship not year old and already showing age with chips out of cabinets. There is very little wood on this ship if any. Shower adequate, bathroom on the small side. Should supply shampoo and more soap no matter what room booked. Not soundproofed well sometime you think elephants are above you when people jump around.
