This was our third Carnival Cruise.We were with our best friends and had cabins in the aft next to each other.I had ordered a bottle of champagne online so we could have a toast when we got to our cabins.The bottle was on the counter but not on ice.I asked our cabin person if we could get a ice bucket for our champagne. He said he didn't have any. The bottle sat on the counter the whole trip and at the end I wrapped it up and took it home in the suitcase.The other negative thing was that after going to guest services to sign papers to unlock our balcony so we four could visit, it never happened. We understand security reasons for not unlocking it, but couldn't they just tell us up front instead of going through the motions and never saying anything? The positive things and there were many, sort of outweigh the bad. We loved the Serenity Deck. I Gede was a friendly happy drink waiter.He greeted us by name and felt like a friend.The food was GREAT in the main restaurant. The lobster cost extra but was so worth it! We loved all the ports and had a good time.
