We chose this cruise for Key West. Departure was delayed seven hours in Tampa due to fog, but little, if any, communication as to efforts to get to Key West. Inaccurate information posted on the Navigator's Log on room TV as to arrival in Tampa at 1 am, which was another seven hours in port. According to Captain Karlsson during the Q&A, demolition of the second pool and huge water slide took place in the middle of our cruise because charter coming up did not want the pool and slide. Bold and unfair decision on the part of NCL, considering it was done on our time and our dime. Smoke from sixth floor casino was noxious and spread to other decks. Scalding water only from bathroom sink and shower for a time. Got the impression that they couldn't wait to get us off the ship; however, I wanted off the ship more than they wanted me off the ship. Gale force winds and ice on the deck obviously out of their control. It wasn't what happened, it was the way Norwegian staff handled what happened. I got the feeling they could not have cared less.

Food, entertainment, housekeeping were excellent.
