Sail Date: Jan 2017
Cabin: Aqua Class

Compared to Solstice Class ships a very, very disappointing experience. Public areas are old and dirty and not well maintained. Half of the showers in Persian Garden did not work. Ocean view cafe is crowded and noisy, tables used and dirty. Most of the ports are fare away from everything, even Hong Kong. Despite Aqua Class priority boarding one hour standing in line for embarkation. Lifts sometimes did not work. Indoor pool closed for 2 days for maintenance. Often forced to use specialty restaurants. Poor Bar service, no special coffee machine on Deck 10. Blue restaurant, service OK, food quality average, nothing special. No shadow for sun loungers except around the noisy and over swapping pool. Very noisy cabin because of a nearby pool pump running 24/7. Terrible!!!!! Rates for drinks and shore excursions are far to high for what you get. Never again a cruise on such a shabby ship.
