Ship will be going in to dry dock soon. Pool closed 4 days out of 7. Needs repairs..new furniture, carpets. Cabin Stewart was great. Staff in Grand Pacific need to retrain in service.The bar staff were very good. Would have liked to stay in Belize for the entire day. Worst part was we were told to CALL Customer service on our return.After 20 minute hold to speak with someone I was told to write a letter.. customer service at headquarters very poor...on ship they said they couldn't handle the volume of complaints.

Entertainment staff were friendly and Dancers shows were very good...so some good. Some bad. After updating in dry dock will probably be much better.
