Cruise was over all good, however some of the service in Coastal Kitchen was below average. Some of the staff were very rude, Bikes in your workout area are in need of repair. Our genie and cabin attendant were great. Bartenders were good but again Coastal Kitchen staff needs help. Three elevators were down when we were on board and Main dining for lunch which was buffet was terrible. It took to long to get thru the line and there was no plates when you did make it to receive your food. I was on the same ship back in September and never had the problems from the staff that we experienced on this past cruise. I took people with me and some of the staff made me feel embarrassed that I had sold them on the cruise. Still we had a good time but was a little disappointed overall. Will go on another cruise, but for what I paid it was a little bit of a let down.
