We booked this cruise with a large group of friends. We had never been to Cayman and wanted to see it. For a ship that is only 4 years old, the Breeze is showing signs of wear and tear. Attention to detail was lacking where housekeeping was concerned. The last 3 days of our trip we were without hot water. The Carnival team tried to make repairs but were unsuccessful. Comparing notes with others in our section, we learned we were not alone with the cold showers.

The lido buffet was OK but the dining room was above the norm. Corrina was our head waitress and she was top notch. She never missed any detail, no matter how small. Always friendly and inviting, it was a pleasure to eat in her section.

We highly recommend Stingray City in Cayman. IT was a lot of fun and we did not feel like cattle being driven to market. We booked the excursion through Carnival.

Cabin Review

Premium Vista Balcony

Cabin 9C

The photos for this cabin can be deceiving. This cabin does not have a couch so you are left sitting on your bed which was hard and uncomfortable toward the end of the trip. Our cabin steward either did a quick vacuum job or he skipped it completely. Be careful of the television swing mount, it is easy to bop your head while going past it if it is extended.

The crew never rinsed our balcony which remained encrusted with salt the entire time were on board.
