We booked our cruise online as well as the flight through RCI. The non-stop flight we booked turned into having one layover(which was not what we wanted). The first flight was 2 hours late, we missed our connecting flight, almost missed the boat because my husband and our friends' luggage was lost. We sailed on Sun and they got their luggage on Wed. It was a bad start to the vacation. Then my husband got sick. The doctor and staff in the medical facility were not kind at all and then came the $300+ bill. Dr visit, flu test and ibuprofen and tamiflu is over $300. At the end of the cruise we put the luggage outside our stateroom with the tag on it. We get downstairs and my husband's luggage is missing AGAIN. My husband went to the help desk and we were told there was no tag with the number 84 on it. Yes, there was and the other 3 adults in the party had the same tag and our luggage was there. They were of absolutely NO help. We finally found it after searching for a while. I'm sure the cruise is fine if you have no issues. If you do, however, there are a few people on the boat who are just down right rude. On a positive note,we would like to thank Joel and Kevin in guest services, they were amazing as well as Elvis and Zildo in the American Icon Grill. Their service was outstanding!!

The rooms were nice sized. Our clock didn't keep correct time so we never knew what time it was when we were in the room. The stateroom attendant was excellent and very accomodating!
