I love this ship. Whilst others don't like the big ships, we found Anthem to be great if you wanted to find a seat! As the decks are all huge, there are lots of little places to sit, most bars are very spacious. I remarked to my wife, where do they hide all the people?

On the way back through the Bay of Biscay (or Biscuits as most people call it), we hit a storm. Because the ship is so big, we sat tat the rear end and watched the horizon dip and fall without any ill effects. I would have hated to be on a smaller ship. Don't get me wrong, Anthem does have its own little sway and when the wind / swell is right, it happily oscillates!

Our cabin L9173 on Deck 9 was a very good size, well equipped and tidy. The Virtual balcony was nice for 5 minutes, was always a little dark but did tell you what the weather was doing!

A very good sized cabin, with plenty of space.
