Service was excellent, crew was very friendly, food was great!
Not crowded and never waited in a line for anything, getting on/off (usually a zoo) was smoothest ever. Our first suite experience out of 12 cruises on many different lines and the room was more than we expected, Ship was not run down in my opinion, contrary to other reviews. Pool and bar areas were never crowded.
Only 2nd time on Holland America and our first time on a small ship (1400 passengers) really enjoyed the intimacy.
