We left the snow covered *15 degree weather for the warmth of the *80's and we were not disappointed. With Cozumel, Grand Cayman and Jamaica as our destinations we knew the water would be warm and beautiful.

Embarkation was easy considering the Liberty of the Seas holds 5,000 people. The ship is HUGE and offers many different options for all passenger, young and old. We had an inside cabin towards the back of the ship #6483 and it was just perfect for the two of us. Our cabin steward did a mediocre job cleaning our cabin. I don't think vacuuming is one of his specialty's. However the cute towel shaped figures almost made up for his lack of performance. ;-) With such a large number of passengers it made finding a seat in the buffet dining a challenge at times. The food was good and the dining staff personnel were excellent. They are a well trained and efficient crew. The ships entertainment was absolutely outstanding, some of the best we have ever had on any cruise ship! Thank you RCI for the fabulous, talented and creative choices! Singing, dancing, acrobatics and of course ice skating! We loved the ports, Falmouth Jamaica was our least favorite, however it was defiantly interesting. We would do this cruise again and again. We will probably try a smaller RCI cruise ship next time, just to be around smaller crowds. Overall we could'nt be happier with this quick trip to paradise!

Cabin M

Cabin was perfect with lots and lots of storage. We just wished it would have been cleaned a little better....Oh well.

Port Reviews

Galveston

The record 3 inches of rain the night before made it a wet , wet mess.

Cozumel

Lots of walking, talking, exploring and shopping.

Grand Cayman (Georgetown)

Hands down the Best port! Spent the day at the beach enjoying life! We will be back again!

Falmouth

After making it through the riff raff of weed smokers to the cabs we went to the beach. Of course our cab driver was high and offered us weed. We went to a wonderful beach that served food and drinks and watched the cook smoke a joint on his break. The Jamaicans we saw were certainly happy and "high" on life. ;-) In the end it's all good and everyone had a good time.
