This was the second Royal Cruise we have taken and even took out Daughter with us on this one thinking it would be as good as the last cruise. We were disgusted with food in the Windjammer, lacked activities unlike last cruise, need to install Coke machines throughout the ship like last cruise- Crazy to stand in line at a bar for a Coke! Shopping was disappointing, had to many Comedians for entertainment, Spa was terrible! My husband went to get a Margarita at a bar and the bartender said she didn't make them at that bar, and he needed to go to Pool Deck. Our experience on this ship was nothing even remotely close to our last cruise on Enchantment of the seas. The main dining was great and we loved our waiter, and also really enjoyed our cabin attendant. I feel the staff overall on Brilliance was nothing compared to Enchantment. The shore excursion was a waste of money and time...Was so rushed!! We also felt the excursion was misleading, and simply worthless. We were very disappointed with our experience on this cruise. We are thinking about trying another cruise line for next cruise. We love cruising!!
