Was so looking forward to this family vacation until the nightmare began when we checked in!! I booked this cruise in July for sailing in January. I have 4 kids so of course I booked two adjoining staterooms on deck 8 which I wrote down and reasearched the location of while on thhe phone with the representative. The booking agent transposed the numbers on the second cabin when apparently entering them so come to find out we are on opposite ends of the ship!! The entire first day of the cruise was ruined running around scrambling trying to re-locate. No help with luggage, check back later, blah blah blah. Not to mention we had other family members right down the hall.

Put that day behind us and we were so looking forward to Castaway Key except that port was cancelled due to high winds!!! I didn't pay over 8,000 dollars to be stuck on a ship!! I know Disney has no control over weather but when their own private island gets cancelled there should be some compensation for a future sailing. Arrived home Monday and 3 kids began violently vomitting with diarhhea. Noro virus from no hand sanitizer on ship and lack of hand washing stations.
