It seemed at every turn, this cruise was perfect. The staff- from the Hotel Director, Sean and his Assistant Errol, to our cabin steward, Christopher- were on top of everything. We had a Mini-Suite w/ Balcony- our room was always clean and well stocked- we were amazed by the shower and bathroom area. Very spacious, considering it's a cabin on a cruise ship. The shower alone had 6 sprayers- I wanted to take it home with me!
Embarkation and disembarkation were smooth- We had a later arrival time, and we walked right on- and we walked right off at the end.
We went to Tempanyaki for dinner one night- The food is amazing and the chef was great- if you like Japanese food- you MUST eat here. We went to Moderno (spelling) one night as well- a Brazilian dining experience that was delicious! The salad bar was worth the dinner price (calling it a salad bar seems a bit offensive- it was MUCH more!!).
The cabin was great- the shower was amazing!
Everything was always clean- towels were plentiful! Everything was well stocked and easy to get to.
Just took a cab into town- walked around and did a little shopping- TONS of jewelry shops all trying to get you inside!
We don't get off the ship when here- tired of being harassed by weed sellers and hair braiders.
