This is the second time I have been on this ship. This time we did a back to back cruise which was 4 nights (Port Klang, Phuket) then another 3 nights (to Penang). Although we didn't have to change rooms from the first to the second part of the cruise it is a still a little inconvenient. You have to get off the boat and be in transit in the terminal for about 1 hour and go through immigration again (apparently all passengers must be off the boat for a zero count before the next cruise). Some of our group went into Singapore for the day but you still need to go through immigration again on your return. You are issued with a new sea pass for the second part of the cruise and your dining table/ staff all change. Its like you are on a new cruise so therefore have to attend the safety drills again etc. Our first part of the cruise had different passenger dynamics with the second 3 days being mostly Singaporean passsengers being weekender type cruise.

Our first cruise on this ship was 4 years ago. The entertainment and activities are still the same. I was a little disappointed that there wasn't anything new and exciting. Some of the shows are still as boring as the first time. Even during this recent back to back cruise the entertainment was the same so I guess on the second half of this trip we mostly spent time by the pool as we had done a lot of the activities during the first part.

Our stateroom was a balcony room. It was clean and our attendant was very friendly and always willing to assist us. We had a few issues with our safe and hot water and he was so quick at getting someone to resolve the problem and then follow up with us that we were happy. Exceptional
