First of all, we love carnival. We are platinum. I have about 35 cruises with them and am loyal.. but this boat was hot! I was sweating like crazy everywhere and our cabin was even hotter. I did not have them come to check it out, my fault.. I wish I had. I just didnt want the interruption/inconvenience.

This was the first time we did not fall in love with our dining staff. They are always so great and friendly and quick. I wonder if they changed the head waiter/ team waiter thing and they all now just don't give a ...... . Even when we went for brunch, it was the same thing. Like we were a distraction and inconvenience. That was a tad disheartening. Wish that experience had been better.

Loved the casino staff.. they were great, as usual.

The room was extremely hot. The thermostat was all the way down/open but if I ever came on this ship again, I would avoid this room. From time to time there were chairs being dragged on the balconies but that was most likely another guest, not carnivals fault. The room was fairly spacious and had three closets.

For some reason the hot /cold temp in shower was also messed up. I was taking colder showers bc I was hot all the time, and then my son got in and it would not get hot. The next day the same thing happened to me. I was taking a shower to get ready for dinner, and I had to take a cold shower.

I would not stay in this room again.

Port Reviews

Roatan

This was a nice port. Everything to do very close.

Cozumel

I like this port a lot. Restaurants and fun little shops.
