The cabin and bar staff are very helpful and do their best The problem is when there is a popular function in the lounge and the waiting/bar staff cannot cope. ( can take 45 mins to get service )

Carol and Anastasia were great waiting staff as they got to remember you favorite drinks. ( among 1400 passengers ) The kids really do their best and they are incentivised to do so.

The all inclusive package sounds great with drinks included until you find out the booze is watered down ( e.g order a Bacardi and you get a cheapo substitute but it still says bacardi on the receipt. If you want the real thing, that is extra cost ) That is fair enough as you can order from dawn till closing time but they are reluctant to be transparent at point of booking. At a Q&A session with the staff, a fellow passenger asked why the Prosecco was so awful. One of the Entertainment staff agreed it was awful. Speaks volumes. The single choice house wine label on the drinks package is just passable as long as you have had a few watered down Bacardis .

Cabin Review

Cabin 3rd class

small and ok. The double bed is 2 x singles pushed together resulting in a valley in the middle to give you a sore back. But kept very clean by Anastasiia and Simon.
