Cabin SS6106. Redo is very nice. Ship was clean in good condition. Staff, as always, is the very best, although very overworked, which leads to less personal attention. MDR food was for the most part good. Some nights, not up to par. Speciality dining in Pinacle and Canalito was very good. Entertainment was not very exciting. We rented a cabana in The Retreat for about 7 days and really enjoyed the quiet and wonderful service. Especially Lester! The spa was a special treat, had facial and leg treatment. Peter at the spa was a personable manager, making the visits special. We only went to the Butterfly Garden in Key West, which we visited before and loved it.

My only complaint is that embarkation for handicap was horrible. I am an oxygen user and got no wheelchair until we were up in terminal. We waited about 2 hours for assistance. Disembarkation was much smoother, since they took us right to curb. We are 3 stars with HAL and have never experienced this embarkation problem before.
