Our first and definitely our last cruise. The crew were the rudest people I have ever encountered. I watched a crew member purposefully walk into woman while carrying a dish tote on several occasions without an, "excuse me" or "I'm sorry", just kept on going. I'm certain it was some sort of game they were playing, and keeping score. It was always a male, but I'm not sure they had the anatomy of a male, because they only did it to female passengers. Food service in all venues onboard was poor, from inoperable equipment to unoperable staff. Then there was the rooms! It was adequate for the purpose and we were quite comfortable in an inside cabin. What was so bad was the additional fees for daily cleaning, which was not performed to our standards. Fortunately we were lucky enough to have discovered the daily charge and got it removed from our statement before leaving. I feel bad for those that did not, and will find it on their CC statement after they get home. The bar staff, when busy, will grab handfuls of cards and scan them all at once. Better check your account for the correct charge, we got over charged for a couple drinks we didn't even know what they were. The show performances were adequate, but not of the caliber that I would expect for the expense of the cruise. We did enter complaints with what appeared to be ranking crew members, but they all fell on deaf ears! Whenever we questioned arrival times for the stops, they always provided the same statement; "They haven't told us yet". Overall I feel that we were charged for a first class cruise and received the economy, cabin section cruise!

Acceptable accommodations. We did feel that for the money we should have had better than camp cots!
