To be candid, this was our 12th cruise & the first time on Princess Cruise Lines. Prior cruises were 9 times on Holland America Lines, with one each on Celebrity & NCL. We are so pleased with HAL, that we have only sailed with others purely out of convenience, that being a round trip sailing from NYC, eliminating flying to and from the ship. Sadly, each time we sail non-HAL we are disappointed and this cruise was no exception.
