Since a friend who cruises with us says I am too negative, here are the good points

1. Our cabin steward Chris was Fantastic, He was undoubtedly the hardest working person on the ship. Any requests we made were promptly responded to, and he seemed to be always available.

2. Most of the staff were fairly helpful and pleasant to deal with.

ok, although everything seemed dated and in need of upgrade. TV terrible, no way to check account online. some stations always seemed to be out of signal all the time.
