We chose this cruise because of the itinerary and also because we had cruised with Celebrity on several occasions and on the Constellation.

On this occasion we found that the standard has gone down, the food in the main dining room was very ordinary and never hot The service was slow and when the gentleman sitting alongside of us could not attract the wine waiter, he had to get up and go and find him. When the gentleman complained, the wine waiter said he was tired!

There was constant pressure to sell the beverage packages and the speciality restaurants. My husband ordered a beer at the pool bar but was refused service because he did not have a premium drinks package. This was reported to guest relations who were shocked, immediately sent for the assistant bar manager. He was very apologetic but my husband still did not get his beer. Read more
