Our travel agent recommended this cruise a bad choice.

We have done up to 20 cruises and have to say MSC are the worst cruise line we have been on. Our room as fine , the food is catered for Italians, the staff was rude especially when the Italian staff realised you weren't Italian they just avoided us. The non Italian staff we met hated there jobs and told us that , the ones we talked to were finishing their contract and hoping to move on because they hated working for MSC.

Going on excursions was unorganised it was just a free for all. If you ask the staff about a taxi our a bus and wasn't going on an excursion they didn't want to help you at all.

Cabin Review

Balcony Stateroom

Cabin B3

The cabin was fine and roomy, the kids slept on a pull out couch which was fine.
