Being at one time a travel agent, i'm always looking at services on board. I have to say that the personnel on the ship were nicer at times than the paying clients! My family and I had 2 cabins on Dolphin Deck, 507/509. Our cleaning lady for both cabins was EXCELLENT. . Her name was ROWENA MANAOL ACCOM. If either cabin needed something she would provide for us. Several times she had to call Room service for us. I had brought a scooter with me as I have trouble walking and she helped me with it. (I must say the cabins are a little small for three adults and finding a place to put scooter for the night.) I give her a rating of 10+

Both of our cabins had 5:30 dinners in the Concerto. Our waiter and his helper were JORGE ARCOS and MARIBEL NAJARRO. Again a SUPER combo as far as servers! They definitely deserve #10 for all of their work!
