Have so many points with NCL but we were very disappointed with this cruise. Not much personal attention. The Caption never gave out reports. The servers were great. One stop was in Santos Guatemala and it was awful. The port was at a container ship yard. one of the dealers told us it was awful to stay on ship. It was just a disappointment.We will probably try another cruise line next time/ There were hardly any spa specials and it just seemed like all they wanted was money money money. Had a charge on our room that was not approved. My favorite ship is the Sun because its small and the workers are great and friendly. We will consider going on a smaller ship next time. The Jade is better than the Dawn which we thought was a nightmare. The lines to get on the ship were awful and not well managed.
