We chose this cruise for the Demi Lovato concert which ended up being the only disappointment of the cruise. Demi was amazing but we booked months in advance to get VIP and meet & greet tickets and were excluded from the meet & greet. Very misleading and disappointing for all the money spent. The ship itself was incredible and the staff were amazing, especially our waiter Onofre. We had an accessible cabin which was spacious and comfortable for three people and a scooter. The food in the dining room was wonderful and the buffet was okay. The excursions were well organized and very enjoyable. We would do the Sail and Snorkel again! The entertainment crew were so talented and the shows were unforgettable. We really loved Elysium and the Tenors of Rock! We also enjoyed the sales on board toward the end of the cruise. My 16yr old daughter loved the Sr, Teen activities and made some great friends on board. Looking forward to another cruise on The Reflection in 2018!
