To begin with, this wasnt our first cruise. We have done Disney -- 7, NCL - 4, Royal Car-- 4, Carnival - 2 prior to our first ever with HAL. Wanted to take time to list out the various issues we have had with HAL.
Concierge / Lounge :- Maybe we expected a bit too much comparing it to Disney. W ehave sailed disney and being a suite occupant are entitled to concierge services and lounge.
1) HAL execs managing the lounge do not seem to have a handle on HOW THE THINGS need to get done.
