We have sailed the New Zealand route before and chose it to have both celebrations on board. Having just cruised to Nord Kapp on the Emerald prior to its relocation, we had high expectations. To summarise: the Princess troupe was not up to par. Most of the special entertainers were substandard but really it was "the vibe of it". We really felt that the service staff would much rather be elsewhere. This is a pity because generally, Princess has upped the food quality "in traditional anyway" and the wine list was better balanced. We had a discounted mini suite but still had no in room wifi and even sitting under the repeaters in the open areas did not improve things all that much. Princess do need to upgrade the wifi and internet and they need to pay for higher order service from providers.

Cabin Review

Mini-Suite with Balcony

Cabin MD

can't recall the category but it was nice to have a bath/shower. The two tvs would have been better if they had different frequencies on their remotes. Wifi would have been nice, it did not work in the cabin.
