After several years on Celebrity Solstice Class ships we decided to try something different. When we stepped onto the Jade we immediately notice the cramped, dingy feel of our surroundings. The ship is dark, the halls narrow and the decor dated. We were on deck 10 and our cabin was small with very poor storage.

The crew was (for the most part) unresponsive and there did not seem to be enough servers in in the main dining area. We are accustomed to tables cleared immediately and servers asking what you wanted to drink - that was not done on this ship. We frequented the specialty restaurants and found the food little better than the main restaurant and the waiters worse! Don't even get me started about the food - it was awful!

The one highlight was the entertainment which was great. The magician was a little strange but the dancers and shows were wonderful and we all enjoyed the Russian couple.

Poor storage and dingy feel. Sheets were not changed the entire week.
