Sail Date: May 2009

Celebrity Infinity Alaska May 22-29, 2009.  My first time on Celebrity having done Princess twice and RCCL once.  Was expecting an experience that would be a cut above.  Granted the ship was older than previous cruises, but over all this was not a cut above.  The following are highlights of what I found good and bad about this cruise.

THE GOOD

Kudos to the Cruise Director/Staff and the Celebrity Singers and Dancers.  Saw the Broadway and Around the World shows, missed the RockNRoll (which I heard was the best).  Highly recommend going to the Celebrity Singers and Dancer shows.  The shows are very well choreographed, with loads of great costumes, singers and dancers were good, and the one opera singer (sang Phantom) was excellent.  The ventriloquist was equal to watching Marty Allen on a previous cruise - very old.  Magician was okay.
