Loyal RCL customer 91 RCL & 45 X cruises. but this was my all time worst cruise ever !!! It saddens me greatly to rate NOS so low but this may be too high ! Rarely saw anyone from the hotel department with strips around the ship, I think the officers were hiding from the unhappy guest which only amplified the problems ! Customer Service Desk was extremely slow because they were hoping guests would give up and go away which only lengthened each guest visit ! Food Absolutely Horrible and ran out of some main courses mid-meal ! Head Waiter, Waiter, and even the Asst Waiter consistently apologizing for poor quality of food, worried it was going to affect their service rating ! As an seasoned cruiser I saw that it was a Chef problem, I actually lost weight ! Crow & Anchor program non-existent ( no loyalty ambassador ), lunch with an officer an insult ! If this was my first RCL cruise I probably would not come back !
