This ship is in need of a refurb. The crew was lackadaisical for the most part. The cruise director's announcements were difficult to understand. We took our meals on the second level of the Lido Grill Buffet. The staff was slow bussing and cleaning the tables. The meals were average but with enough selection to find more than enough to eat :-) Our 12 year old grand daughter found plenty to do. We have taken many cruises so we don't do shore excursions. The cabin was small and the corner of the bed had sharp corners. Our cabin steward covered the corner with a towel. There is no thermostat in our inside cabin. We were with family so that was fun. We have cruised with Carnival in the past but this cruise, I think, will be our last. We have friends that cruise with Carnival often, they seem to like it. P.S. We went to the fitness center, which was scheduled to open at 6am, it wasn't.
