We decided for a X-mas cruise so we didn't have many other options. MSC Divina seemed to offer a fair price.

The ship is beautiful but it is jammed with too many passengers and provides poor services.

The staff is mostly over-worked and (with few exceptions) usually not friendly. Be prepared for long waiting in the reception, in the buffet, for a free table, for elevators, for sunbeds,....
