Where to start....I could never possibly fully write about all of the amazing things about the last week. My family and I had an absolutely wonderful time onboard the Harmony of the Seas. Here goes my attempt to spread the word about the most impressive parts of the trip:

#1: Service.

Wow. I tried to think about one time during the week where we didn't receive absolutely wonderful service and I can't think of anything. There is clearly a lot of thought that goes into the full guest experience from all members of the crew. The dining service was unbelievable and they make you feel like you are the only family in the dining room even though they are serving thousands of people at the same time. Our server for "My Time Dining" was Tsahai and she was incredible. We requested to sit in her section every night and they made sure to save us a table in that section even though technically for "My Time Dining" they are supposed to just sit you at whatever table it available. Tsahai was so kind and really worked so hard to make sure everyone was happy and satisfied. If you were deciding between two items on the menu she would bring you both. She found out I was a vegetarian and ordered me a special tofu dish (not on the menu) for the last night. Also, the head waiter came to our table every night to ask how things were going and asked how our day was and answered any questions we had. I recommend tipping your waiter throughout the week. Even though there is gratuity added at the end, they don't see a lot of that because it is spread so thin among many crew members, and they work so hard for you throughout the week. Our dad tipped our waitress on the first night and that probably had to do with the excellent service we received- so it is probably a good idea because 1)they really deserve it and 2)they will show you their gratitude with extra special service all week.
