We had sailed on the Norwegian Escape for Thanksgiving 2016. We were excited to spend Christmas on the Epic for Christmas 2016.

Overall, it had it's typical Norwegian charm. Freestyle dining, UBP and the refurbishments did look nice. The gym was quite dirty. Spaces around and under the bikes and equipment looked like they hadn't been cleaned in some time. Lots of small hairs, too, surrounding the machines.

Multiple bars did not notify for Last Call multiple nights during the sailing. I think it may have been to avoid a surge right before their shift ended. I understood, but still perturbing. Read more
