Embarkation was fine, until we got on the ship and went to lunch at O'sheehans. Service was HORRIBLE! Drinks didn't come until after we were done eating and had to ask twice for them, finally had to find a manager. Rooms were ready early which was great. We have been on 20 cruises and the service on this ship was by far the worst. The ship is beautiful, had great weather and "free" ultimate beverage package which was great. Am not a fan of the freestyle dining. Dinner in Tropicana we were seated for 25 minutes without anyone acknowledging us, again had to get a manager but wasted a lot of time waiting to eat. And this was with reservations every night. Also not a lot of activities going on. Margaritaville was the best, great bartenders, drinks and service! Finally found good waiter in Taste the 4th night so we went there for the rest of the week which salvaged our dinners. I have a special diet which the also need to work on improving.
The shows in the theater were fantastic! We saw Million Dollar Quartet which was so fantastic! Unfortunately they had a lot of game shows and popular activities in the atrium instead of the theater which is way too small, was always packed with not enough seating. Overall we had a great time it is still vacation after all and there were 7 of us so we still had a blast.
Debarkation was a nightmare, closed the port and wouldn't let us off the ship, took an extra 3 hours and didn't get off until 12:30 and almost missed our 2:00 flights home, very stressful
Excellent

Don't love this port try to avoid it
Festive
