NCL Gem , sailed Dec. 19th for 10 days...found the food and the entertainment below standards. NCL failed to list all ingredients in foods, for both religious reasons and severe allergic reactions this is a dangerous practice. The ship failed to dock on time in San Juan and again in Nassau, causing a traffic jam of passengers trying to get off the ship. Lack of security, and over serving of inebriated passengers also presented a problem.

The food has gone downhill, as NCL tightens it belts for profits, no more Lobster and no more salmon on the menu. Food ranged from good to bland..tasteless and flavorless. Ate at the specialty restaurants and in the main dinning room. Service on the ship was good, and if we were unsatisfied our concerns were addressed.

Now saying all of this...I am sure this will not be published as any criticism of the ship is not allowed on this site.
