  3. Norwegian Dawn
I am an NCL enthusiast let's make that clear. The refit of the Dawn works very well. We stayed in Stateroom 10692 a standard Balcony. We had a dinning package of 3 specialty restaurants and an all inclusive beverage package. The first thing I noticed the entire crew seemed very friendly. That is unusual in today's trend toward mega ships and is precisely the reason I choose smaller ships like this one. For me bigger is not better. Service overall met my expectations with one exception. Cagney's Steak House service was a disaster, however the chef delivered the epitome of a great dinner. That was my one take away from my experience. That being said the itinerary was excellent. 2 Mexico stops, Cozumel and Costa Maya. One stop in Belize; Harvest Caye. Their new private island is not completely done with construction just yet but close. It proved to be a great entertainment spot. It is however far away from some other spots that Belize is known for. One last stop of Roatán proved to be filled with great local shops and great beauty. I loved the options of entertainment on the ship this time. The local troupe and a special event filled the bill. The shows are now packed into Bliss Lounge and the Stardust Theater. For those NCL regulars you might miss the Spinnaker Lounge as it has been replaced with Suites and other staterooms. This might be problematic if you took this ship to do say an Alaskan cruise and looking for a great viewpoint. I can say that I have never had an easier embarkation and disembarkation. Great job NCL

NCL has a new Dawn setting sail out of NOLA.

Cabin Review

Balcony
Cabin BB 10692
This was a standard balcony with ample space for 2 adults. It was a very quiet location and located near the aft elevators and stair case.
