took this cruise with group for ce hours. The whole experience was a disappointment . I found the food especially the evening meal to be just so so and the extra charges for lobster was just not acceptable. Our cabin was especially small, the room Stewarts were fine but had to ask for everything for example the mattress was so hard I finally ask for a cushion top and they provided, usually the ship beds are ok on the old back ;). The entertainment left something to be desired. When embarking needing extra help was very slow and when they drop you off it's massive people trying to get to the buffet and then no where to sit as the cruise went on I realized I did not belong on a "fun"ship w/lots of kids. could not use hot tubs as full of kids. could not travel on the triumph again.
