Overall the cruise was great. The staff was very pleasant, and seemed very happy with their jobs, which makes you feel welcomed. Our room steward was very attentive and figured out "our" schedule very quickly, so our room was always taken care of with no inconvenience to us. The ship was very well maintained, but in my opinion a little under decorated being so close to Christmas. We were happy with the shows and activities, always finding something to do. The food was excellent, and our waiters were fantastic. In saying that we did find issue with the wait time of the food coming from the kitchen. This is in no way a reflection on our waiters, since they were franticly trying to get our food to us in a reasonable length of time. That being said our only other issue was in our disembarkation. There was a bit of confusion with the self assist, and with checking at the guest service desk we were told the fliers had been printed up incorrectly, however in following the instruction given there was NO announcement for disembarkation which led to much confusion in the waiting area. All in all a wonderful cruise, with just a couple of minor glitches, which in no way will change our joy of cruising with Royal Caribbean!
