This cruise took us to Cozumel, Belize, Honduras and Grand Cayman. There was no description above that fit it perfectly. The cabin was spacious and allowed us to put all our things away and store the luggage under the bed. The beds were hard, the pillows thin and not at all comfortable. It took three trips to customer service and two days to get the twin beds that we had requested instead of the king size and to get the broken door handle on the balcony door fixed. The customer service staff were rude, and not at all helpful. We had a bottle of wine each which they took when we boarded and told us they would be delivered to our room. Three trips to the service desk later, we found out the day before we arrived back in Ft. Lauderdale that we could not have them until we left the ship.

We had a drink package that covered draft beer, wine, cocktails and special coffee drinks but we had to pay for a bottle of water or orange juice. The food was awful. The breakfast/lunch menus were the same day after day and the trays of meat and cheese etc. were not replenished in a timely manner. The dinners were lovely to look at but absolutely tasteless and we can not say that we enjoyed a single meal. An example is the lobster bisque on Christmas eve; it was a brown fishy smelling broth that after one taste, no one would eat it. The prawns were warm instead of chilled, the lobster dry and overcooked and the beef was tough. The desserts were good, as was the bread, but I did not go on a cruise to survive on bread and dessert.

There were almost no english speaking people aboard as it was a repositioning cruise before we boarded in Ft. Lauderdale. The servers at the bars, around the pool and the dining room were lovely, but the rest of the crew were arrogant and unhelpful. I almost got knocked over by one of the officers and he did not even say he was sorry or an excuse me. The day trip we took from Belize to Zip Line and Tube in the Crystal Caves was outstanding. It was great value for money and the staff were fabulous. The Folklore Trip from Cozumel was also quite enjoyable, The entertainersd were very good as well. We really enjoyed the shows. Read more
