Sail Date: Dec 2016
Cabin: Central Park View Stateroom

I chose this cruise because of the size of the ship and the ads about the neighborhoods.. I also chose it because of the advertisements about all the activities. The ship was beautiful and there was a a lot to see and do. It was not as advertised, not worth the hype. I had a Central park view and immediately regretted it. I wish I had booked and ocean view. You can't really tell you are on a ship and loose the cruise effect. Although the staterooms are average the shower is so small that it makes you feel uncomfortable. I saw numerous people that could not fit into them at all.

My feeling for the ship was that they spent most of the entire time trying to sell you something especially internet access, spa services and drink packages. The meals in the windjammer, cafe p, solarium and wipe out cafe was good, in spite of so much repetition at each meal. We had dinner in one specialty restaurant the 360 cafe and boy was that a mistake, I wish I could have chosen another one. but at $90.00 for the meal w didn't want to try another. I had sailed RC before and enjoyed the cruise on the Majesty of the Seas.

This cruise seemed to be more about making money and the outrageous prices for the drink packages. To drink enough to cover the cost would surely ruin your kidneys. I do not think I will book another Royal Caribbean cruise and would not recommend it to anyone.
