Overall the aervice was really poor. . The entertainment on the ship was really poor. Carnival now barely cleans your stateroom. Our room was cleaned only once each day. Roo was dorty. The music on board was horrible. Live music in now basically karaoke. Singers sing with recored music. Bands are now playing with recorded music. Comedy club was absolute trash. Shows did mot have any live music. Singers were terrible. Staff did not care. Bar service was slow. Beer and liquor choices were very limited. Carnival has obviously cut costs. Half the room stewards. Room was really never cleaned and certainly not vacuumed. The shows were horrible. The show sets were amateur and low quality. The casino smelled like an ashtray and that bled through all of deck five. Twomin our group didmnot have room keys a check in. We waited over one hour at guest services to get room keys.
