Having been on other bigger Princess boats, this one was too small and not laid out as well. Scheduling for dinner and theater shows was conflicting and problematic. People had to wait in long lines for the 5:15 any time dining, to seat one hour in advance for the 8:15 theater show. People didn't want to wait for the 10:00 theater show which was too late for most. Both venues suffered where enough people complained and the 10:00 theater time was moved to 6:30 which helped.
The Island Princess has recently been reconfigured and new cabins have been added near the back of the vessel. This forced most of the entertainment mid ship and forward. If your cabin is aft, you have a long way to walk to get to anything.
Dancing and entertainment at bar lounges was limited to the Wheel House and Explorers lounge. Bigger ships have more entertainment options.
